Fed Announces Formation of Model Validation Council
| The Federal Reserve Board has announced the formation of the Model Validation Council, which will provide the Federal Reserve with expert and independent advice on its process to rigorously assess the models used in stress tests of banking institutions. Rural Mainstreet Index Declines for April: Farmland Price Growth Slows
| The Rural Mainstreet Index for April dipped from March's very strong reading. The Rural Mainstreet Index, which ranges between 0 and 100, declined to 57.1 from March's strong 59.8.
