CoNetrix tandem Security and Compliance Software
tandem Security & Compliance Software was developed by CoNetrix specifically for banks to help increase security, comply with regulations and guidance, and lower overhead costs. tandem is the first complete information security program software suite. The suite comes complete with four modules:
1. Information Security Risk Assessment – The risk assessment module walks you through a threat questionnaire to help you identify the likelihood, potential damage, and overall risk of reasonably foreseeable threats. The package comes with more than 60 predefined threats to get you started.
2. Information Security Policies – Similar to the risk assessment module, the policy module begins with a questionnaire which is used to generate your initial set of custom policies. Within each policy, you can create tasks (with e-mail notification capability) and define meeting agenda items (which can be printed in the form of agendas or minutes).
3. Vendor Management – The vendor management module provides a framework to streamline the process of collecting, reviewing, and documenting pertinent information about your services providers. You can easily see key tasks and events (i.e. contract expiration, reviews, etc.) from the Calendar view, and elect to receive e-mail reminders when specific events come due.
4. Business Continuity Planning – The BCP module helps you facilitate the development and maintenance of a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan following FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, OTS, and Federal Reserve guidance. The software includes template checklists and a formal Business Impact Analysis process to help define and manage business process recovery.
Each of the modules are integrated to provide seamless flow among the processes. All tasks and events generated from any of the modules can easily be viewed and managed within the tandem Calendar.
