Fidelity Deposit & Discount Bank, Scranton, Pa., wanted a modern branch that incorporates dialog banking to provide their staff the opportunity to build relationships with their customers. Dialog banking automates much of the monetary transaction freeing up the bank representative to get to know the customer, their financial needs, and provide further information on applicable products and services. This environment has significantly enhanced the staff’s opportunity to cross-sell and build lasting relationships. In fact, Fidelity exceeded their year projections within one month of opening this new location.
The overall environment creates a welcoming living room feel with modern colors and clean lines so that the brand message and community graphics standout. Dialog banking stations replace the traditional teller line and feature privacy panels with brand messaging. A children’s area adjacent to the waiting area and Dialog Banking pods provides entertainment, freeing parents to discuss important financial information. This branch provides an enjoyable experience for all members of the family.
