Kegel + Associates Community Wall / Customer Lounge
The Community Wall / Customer Lounge concept designed by Kegel + 
Associates Inc. is a new twist on the traditional ‘customer waiting area’. The ‘wall’ is a focal point that is used by Banks to display photos and information about the local community. In addition, the flat-screen TV is used to highlight local happenings as well as advertise bank products.
The cabinets below are used to display reading material such as New Car Buying Guides and Real Estate Guides. The counter is used to provide customers with coffee, water and snacks.
The ‘wall’ re-enforces that the bank is a part of the local community. It also enriches the branch experience and solidifies the customer relationship.
