Kim is manager and executive recruiter for BANKworkforce, an executive search and recruitment service helping banks recruit experienced, successful and quality senior- and mid-level executives, and assisting banking professionals obtain new employment opportunities that provide career advancement. Kim assists his bank clients in recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating potential candidates.
Kim has been with BankNews Media for 13 years, having joined the company in 1997. Prior to BankNews, Kim had 10 years of experience in commercial banking and 15 years of experience in mortgage banking. He graduated from the Advance Program in the School of Banking at the University of Texas-Lubbock.
Kim also has served as an adjunct professor at Longview Community College.
