July 29 - SynTel, LLC, a provider of mailroom automation software and document design software, has announced the addition of Bob Allen and Kim Allen to the company’s management team. Bob joins SynTel as a senior developer and project leader for electronic delivery systems, and Kim joins as senior sales executive for SynTel products.
Bob brings more than 10 years of banking software experience to SynTel and will be responsible for designing and building mobile banking and E-delivery solutions and interfaces. He will also lead efforts to design and build non-banking, postal dependent electronic document consumer products.
In 2001 Bob co-founded Summit Financial Solutions, Inc., which creates check imaging software for financial institutions. He served as the company’s developer as well as the vice president of development for nine years. In this position he designed and operated Summit.NET check imaging system and developed image statement and notice rendering systems. Bob began his career in 1999 as a proof of deposit installer. He is a member of multiple Microsoft professional associations including MCPS, MCSD, MCAD and MCHPS.
Kim was also a founding member of Summit Financial Solutions and in her most recent position served as an existing account manager. She held several positions within the company including software support manager, installation coordinator and director of quality assurance. Prior to working for Summit, Kim served as a quality assurance specialist for check image software provider CSPI. Kim holds a degree in computer information systems from Columbia College.
