Feb 20 - Cheviot (Ohio) Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:CHEV), holding company of Cheviot Savings Bank, has declared its dividend for the first quarter of 2013. The company has increased its dividend to 9 cents per share to stockholders of record March 15, 2013. The dividend will be paid March 31, 2013.
