In the Best Management Software Solution category, the winner is AccuSystems for its AccuSign Pro, which allows bank customers to electronically sign documents via tablet devices. Honorable mentions in this category are presented to CSI for its Financial Dashboard and Safe Systems for its NetComply.
The Best Consulting/Training/Outsourcing Solution is awarded to ProfitStars for the company’s Gladiator eCommerical SAT. Gladiator eCommercial Security Awareness Training is a Web-based training program designed to help financial institutions comply with the FFIEC’s supplemental guidance to its Authentication in an Internet Banking Environment report. Honorable mentions in this category are awarded to ATTUS Technologies for its Dodd-Frank Managed Compliance Module and Elan for its eAdjust Plus Outsourced Dispute Processing.
CSI wins the Best eBanking Solution category by receiving the most votes for its Personal Financial Management Service. CSI’s PFM solution provides consumers a simple online portal for managing their financial accounts. Honorable mentions in this category go to CoNetrix for its tandem Internet Banking Security Program and ProfitStars for the company’s Mobile Website.
