North Jersey Community Bank To Become ConnectOne Bank

Jan 11 - North Jersey Community Bank, Englewood Cliffs, will change its name to ConnectOne Bank as of Feb. 11, 2013. Part of a larger corporate rebranding, the new name celebrates the bank's focus on connecting its customers with financial opportunities and community resources that position them for long-term growth. The bank's holding company, North Jersey Community Bancorp, has already changed its name to ConnectOne Bancorp, effective immediately.

"ConnectOne reflects the essence of the bank's mission; a customer-first philosophy that governs everything from process to product innovation," said Frank Sorrentino III, CEO of North Jersey Community Bank.

The bank is currently undergoing a complete rebranding, which has allowed the bank to take on a name that better aligns with it today and the direction in which it is headed. Throughout the next month, customers can expect to see a new website, social media presence, corporate logo and marketing materials.
