ServisFirst Bancshares Announces Special Dividend
Nov 28 - The board of directors of ServisFirst Bancshares Inc., Birmingham, Ala., has announced a special dividend of 50 cents per common share, payable on Dec. 31, 2012, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 24, 2012.
Tom Broughton, president and CEO, commented, "We are pleased to pay a special dividend to our loyal shareholders who have played such a significant role in our success."
