Oct 10 - First National Community Bank, Dunmore, Pa., has announced a plan to help government workers who have been furloughed as a result of the government shutdown. The bank will offer affected workers a one-month fee free payment extension on their FNCB retail loans. An official personal financial hardship letter issued by the employer and signed by a supervisor is required to process the extension.
