July 2 - Sierra Vista Bank, Folsom, Calif., (OTCQB: SVBA) has announced that Gregory Patton has resigned as president and CEO. He has also resigned as a director to the board.
Until a successor is named, the bank will be managed by the executive management team with board oversight by Brady Whitlow, chairman of the board.

The board is actively pursuing a successor and hopes to have a formal application filed with the regulators early in the third quarter.
