CSI Launches PFM Solution for Internet Banking

 

June 13 - Computer Services Inc. The PFM service delivers consumers a one-stop online location to manage all of their personal finances and accounts within their bank’s Internet banking application.

CSI’s PFM solution, powered by Geezeo, provides consumers a simple online portal for managing their financial accounts. The service offers bank customers several easy-to-use tools aimed at making financial management easier, such as a dashboard, cashflow calendar, net worth graphs, budgeting tools, expense tracking and financial goals. Bankers see the PFM service as a way to increase customer loyalty and attract younger customers to community and regional banks.

Princeton, Ky.-based Farmers Bank & Trust Company said the PFM services provide the bank with an integrated online banking tool for building customer loyalty and continuing to reinforce the bank’s commitment to providing its customers with innovative technology.

Carey Stewart, executive vice president of Brownwood, Texas-based TexasBank, added that a key benefit for his bank was the availability of PFM tools in both Internet and mobile banking services.

“Consumers will see immediate benefits of the mobile integration with PFM,” Stewart said. “Instant couponing, NFC alerts when you walk into a retailer and many other retail hooks will transform future shopping experiences for our customers.”
