July 6 - Computer Services Inc. (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end technology solutions that empower financial institutions to remain competitive, compliant and profitable, has promoted Jarrett Puckett from customer service manager to vice president of account management for its NuPoint division.
In his new role, Puckett will be responsible for managing personalized customer-support strategies nationwide for a targeted segment of CSI’s core bank processing accounts, which includes directing multiple customer service managers and account management teams. Under his leadership, Puckett and his team will address the service needs of CSI’s NuPoint customers and ensure their continued satisfaction with the company’s core banking technology.
Puckett began his career with CSI in 2003 as an account manager in the St. Louis area. He has since served as a customer service manager for CSI’s offices in Lincoln, Neb. and St. Louis.
