Allied Payment Network’s Bill Pay Solution Integrates with CSPI’s Aurora Online Banking Platform

April 8 - Allied Payment Network, a provider of online bill payment services to the financial industry, has announced that its online and mobile bill payment solutions now seamlessly integrate with Computer Service Professionals Inc.’s Aurora Online Banking platform, providing financial institutions a full-featured, superior eBanking experience.

Through this integration, CSPI’s latest online banking platform will leverage Allied’s bill payment technology to offer its customers a comprehensive bill pay solution within a single platform, eliminating the need for separate systems. Now, financial institutions’ customers have access to a full-featured online banking platform with tightly integrated bill payment capabilities, achieving a richer customer experience.

“In today's fast-paced mobile society, banking customers demand electronic services at their fingertips and through a seamless experience,” said Brad Epple, CEO of CSPI. “By integrating Allied’s proven bill payment solutions into our latest eBanking platform, our financial institution clients benefit from a broad array of on-demand services tailored to their customers' needs. We’re pleased with this integration and look forward to helping our financial institution customers improve service through a superior eBanking experience.”

Allied’s innovative bill pay technologies are designed to improve and streamline the bill paying process and achieve enhanced convenience for consumers. A competitive advantage for financial institutions, Allied’s user interface is customized for each institution to match the rest of their Internet or mobile banking platform. Analytical tools are also provided so institutions can better use the information to cross-sell their own products. Furthermore, Allied’s payment routing technology helps institutions control costs and deliver expedited payment services for a small convenience fee, eliminating costly late fees for customers and generating additional fee revenue for the institution.

“Our goal is to not only provide simple and accurate bill pay services, but to also introduce these benefits to institutions in a cost-friendly manner that will help promote bill pay adoption,” said Ralph Marcuccilli, president of Allied Payment Network. “By integrating our bill pay capabilities with CSPI’s Aurora Online Banking, we’re able to deliver on that promise. We look forward to this mutual relationship and broadening access to two superior platforms within a single, secure eBanking environment.”
