Financial Tools for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile

Feb. 18 - In order to meet the needs of financial customers who increasingly access financial websites via their computers, tablet and mobile devices, financial institutions are migrating their websites to adaptive or responsive designs. Fintactix is pleased to announce its ability to help financial institutions meet the growing need for responsive financial web content with our new adaptive design framework for Fintactix Financial Tools. With this adaptive design framework, Fintactix Financial Tool users will have the financial tool, or financial calculator, adjust format and width when the tools are accessed from devices other than desktop systems.

With Internet traffic increasing arriving at bank or credit union websites from mobile or tablet devices (56% of Americans own a smartphone. 36% of American’s own a tablet), financial consumers expect the same or similar experiences and access to the same content that they can receive by visiting the bank or credit union website from their desktop system. While banks and credit unions have been at the forefront of creating mobile applications for online banking and account access many are playing catch-up in terms of making general site content accessible across multiple platforms.

Fintactix Financial Tools are available in an adaptive-design template that allows the tools to reformat and display to fit the device and screen format of the user. “Desktop, tablet and smart phone financial consumers all have full access to Fintactix Financial Tools from a bank’s or credit union’s standard or mobile website,” said Bill Pollock, President and Founder of Fintactix. Fintactix Financial Tools support different design implementations for global, narrow, normal and wide screen formats.

Fintactix Financial Tools are available across seven personal finance categories (Auto, Mortgage, Home Equity, Savings, Retirement, Budget and Debt) and three small business categories (Business Finance, Business Management and Business Marketing. Fintactix Financial Tools feature a sleek, contemporary UI with slider-driven inputs, interactive calculations and infographic results, customizable design via CSS and lead generation capabilities.

Fintactix Financial Tools are available for license into financial websites and are offered on a Software-as-a-Service basis.
