The number one request from clients was the ability to redesign documents without having to make changes to existing legacy systems. MailStream Manager is fully integrated and makes it simple to completely redesign all customer communications.
This product allows:

- Any Windows font to be used to change the look of statement text. Shaded boxes help to highlight important information on the document.
- Add back page disclosures, transpromotional messages and graphics increases the value of your customer communications or eliminate unnecessary space and pages in order to print less.
- Update mailer information for your customer’s benefit.
MailStream Manager addresses the request for document automation:
- Use Optical Mark recognition marks to drive smart folding/inserting equipment. OMR increases security during document preparation, while decreasing production time and enabling selective inserting.
- Quicker payments processing with fewer mistakes by scanning MICR barcodes on remittance mail instead of hand keying account information.
- Combine mail based on account number, customer name, customer address or other flags to reduce the number of mail pieces produced per customer.
- Sort out do not mail/holds from the file based on account number or other flag in the file; these documents print together making management easier.
- Group statements too large for the folder to be printed at the end of the print job eliminating them from stopping the folding equipment.
MailStream Manager addresses the need for workflow process improvement:
- Combine certain file types into a single print stream cutting production time and making job management easier.
- Produce an archive backup including a PDF of all statements and prints documents to printers at the rated speeds.
- Print to multiple printers decreasing the amount of time it takes to complete a job.
