May 8 – Banner Bank was ranked highest in the Northwest region for client satisfaction by J.D. Power, according to their just-released 2017 U.S. Retail Banking Client Satisfaction Study. This is the third time since 2012 that Banner Bank has earned this recognition.
“J.D. Power offers a well-respected, objective measurement of client satisfaction, so it’s rewarding to once again hear from them that our focus on outstanding service is resonating in the communities we serve,” said Mark Grescovich, President and CEO of Banner Bank. “Most importantly, this top ranking recognizes our employees for their unwavering commitment and dedication to always ‘do the right thing’ for our clients.”
The J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study garnered feedback from more than 78,000 retail banking customers, measuring overall satisfaction with their primary financial institution. They measure a variety of factors including product offerings, account information, fees, channel activities, facility, and problem resolution. From that data, J.D. Power publishes the highest-ranked banks in each of 11 regions across the U.S.
“As a bank that is headquartered in Washington State, it is especially compelling to be ranked highest in the Northwest Region,” Grescovich added.
